Help Rebuild Our Club’s Changing Rooms and Toilets
2021 was a dark year for our club.
As we began to return to football after the long pause brought on by COVID-19, our community was devastated by not one, but two arson attacks. In May 2021, our equipment container—holding years’ worth of gear and supplies—was completely destroyed. Then in October, just months later, our changing rooms and toilet facilities were deliberately set alight and lost to fire.
For a small grassroots club, these weren’t just buildings—they were the heart of our operations. They were the place where teammates prepared for games, warmed up, shared words of encouragement, and built lifelong friendships.
But we haven’t given up.
In 2025, a new committee has come on board with a renewed energy and a clear focus: to rebuild what was lost and give our players, families, and supporters the facilities they deserve.
With a senior men’s and ladies’ team, growing girls’ teams and boys teams, toilets and changing rooms are no longer a luxury—they’re a necessity. Our young players, our women, our coaches, and our supporters all deserve a safe, clean, and functional space on match days and training evenings.
We’re asking for your help.
We’re launching this GoFundMe campaign to raise the vital funds needed to rebuild proper changing rooms and toilets. Every donation—no matter how big or small—will bring us one step closer to providing the basic facilities that every sports club should have.
