Another busy weekend awaits Drogheda Boys & Girls FC, with a full schedule of league fixtures and cup action across all age groups. With a strong mix of home games in Marley’s Lane and tough away trips, there’s plenty to look forward to.
Saturday – 28th March
Saturday sees the majority of our sides on the road, with a number of challenging fixtures ahead.
The 2011 Claret kick things off at 10:30am away to Lakelands FC, while earlier at 10:00am, both the 2016 Boys (vs Dunboyne) and 2017 Boys (vs Stamullen) are also in action.
At 10:00am, the 2013 Claret host Bohemian FC in Marley’s Lane, before attention turns to another home fixture at 11:15am, where the 2012 Claret take on Greenhills Boys.
Elsewhere, the 2014 Claret travel to face Rosemount Mulvey at 11:15am, while the 2015 Claret are away to Rathcoole at 11:00am.
Sunday – 29th March
Sunday brings a strong lineup of home fixtures alongside key away ties.
At 10:00am, it’s a double-header at Marley’s Lane. The 2010 Girls host Rush Athletic in a league clash, while the 2014 Girls face Templeogue United in the Andy Wardick Cup.
At 11:15am, the 2012 Blue side welcome Ballybrack FC, while the 2015 Blue take on Stella Maris at 11:30am.
On the road, the 2009 Boys travel to Lusk United for a 1:30pm kick-off, while the 2011 Blue face St John Vianney at 12:30pm.
Cup action continues as the 2013 Girls travel to Skerries Town for an 11:00am kick-off in the Brian McCabe Memorial Cup.
The 2014 Blue are also away to Trinity Donaghmede at 11:15am, while the 2018 Blue travel to Ratoath Harps for a 10:00am start.
The Senior Women are in cup action at 2:00pm away to Sheriff YC, while the LSL Senior Men have no fixture this weekend.
