Drogheda Boys & Girls FC is delighted to have been selected as one of the local organisations to receive funding through the Coca-Cola Drogheda Community Fund.
The club was honoured to attend the recent presentation event where over €50,000 was distributed amongst community groups across Drogheda and the surrounding area. Drogheda Boys & Girls FC received €10,000 from the grant. This generous support will play an important role in helping our club continue to grow and provide opportunities for hundreds of young players within the community.
Speaking on behalf of the club, Chairperson Lauren said:
“We are extremely grateful to Coca-Cola Drogheda for their generous support of our club. Community organisations like ours rely heavily on support and partnership from local businesses, and this funding will help us continue developing facilities, equipment, and opportunities for our players. It’s fantastic to see a company with such strong local roots continuing to invest back into the community.”
